About the artists:
MATTHEW SHLIAN is an artist/designer in Ann Arbor, Michigan. His work in paper extends from drawings to large scale installations to collaborations with leading scientists at the University of Michigan. His work for the National Science Foundation explores paper folding structures on the macro level translated to the nano-scale. His client list includes Ghostly International, Apple, P&G, Facebook, Levi’s, Sesame Street and the Queen of Jordan.
CHRISTINA OTT is a Canadian visual artist and designer working in the mediums of painting, drawing, sculpture and printmaking. She runs the commercial art studio Crow and lives and works in Toronto.
PASHA MOEZZI’S pursuit of making wearable art emerged while working at his father’s furniture-making workshop in Iran, where he made jewellery out of scrap metal. Intricate—and the direct result of three decades of experience—Pasha’s work has a distinct style influenced by industrial craftsmanship and architectural forms, which is evident in both his one-of-a-kind work and his production lines.
